1. Intake Process

Before your appointment, you will receive detailed intake forms. These help us understand your pet’s:

• Medical history

• Emotional and behavioral patterns

• Environmental influences

• Diet and lifestyle

• Current symptoms and concerns

** Please have medical records emailed to info@handstopawsnj.com.  Both records and all intake forms must be received at least 72 hours before your appointment so we can thoroughly review your pet’s case.

2. Comprehensive Holistic Consultation

During your consultation, we explore your pet’s health from multiple angles:

• Physical symptoms and patterns

• Emotional and behavioral cues

• Energetic and spiritual imbalances

• Environmental and lifestyle factors

• The deeper story behind the symptoms

This allows us to understand not just what is happening, but why.

3. Individualized Treatment Plan

Your pet’s plan may include:

• Energy medicine

• Homeopathic support

• Trauma/emotional release work

• Detoxification guidance

• Nutritional and environmental recommendations

• Integrative strategies such as acupuncture, bioenergetic scanning, tissue mineral analysis, hands on healing or remote energy healing sessions to complement conventional care

Below are the available consultation types for new patients, both in‑office and via telemedicine.

In‑Office Consultations

 

1. New Patient Consultation (consultation only) 1 hour — $325

Includes:

• Comprehensive medical history review

• Physical examination

• Whole‑body energetic evaluation

• Behavioral, nutritional & environmental assessment

• Diet & supplement recommendations

• Individualized treatment plan

 

2. New Patient Consultation + Qest4 Bioenergetic Scan 1.5 hours — $525

(Includes everything in the standard consultation plus):

• Individualized bioenergetic testing

• Bioenergetic balancing

• Imprint Drops

• Emailed copy of scan results

** Any recommended oral supplements are extra and are not included in this fee.

3. New Patient Consultation + Acupuncture Treatment 1.5 hours — $525

(Includes everything in the standard consultation plus):

• Acupuncture session

• Hands‑on energetic and physical treatment

4. New Patient Consultation + Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis  1 hour/$525

(Includes everything in the standard consultation plus):

• One hour Initial Consultation in person or by phone or zoom.

• Fur Laboratory Analysis Testing with Structured Interpretation

• Identification of the priority abnormalities going on in your pet’s body

• Individualized Nutrition Plan 

• Individualized Supplement Plan based on Muscle Testing over 400 supplements

• 30 minute Follow-up Consultation to discuss results, recommendations, and treatment plan

• Emailed copy of results and recommendations​

Telemedicine Consultations

 

1. New Patient Telemedicine Consultation1 hour — $325

Includes:
